Presented by Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Edwin Boon, the LEGO Game teaches you how you can apply Baldrige and Lean Six Sigma to your own processes and organization.

Have you begun your Baldrige journey? Starting to use the Criteria and are ready to learn more?

 

Join Dr. Joann Sternke for the "Moving from Interest to Action" pre-conference workshop.

 

Designed for those who have had little or no exposure to the Baldrige Criteria, and/or are beginning to implement performance excellence principles in their organizations. Participants will learn the history and structure of the Baldrige Program, the benefits of self-assessment and feedback, the structure of the Criteria, how to focus improvement and communication efforts, and how to use the Criteria and Award recipient application summaries to enhance learning from the conference in this interactive session.
