When and where is the 2025 Baldrige Conference?

The 2025 Baldrige Conference will take place on October 13–15, 2025, at the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel in Denver, CO
 

How much does it cost to attend?

Registration rates are as follows:

  • Early Bird Single Day Pass - Day of Learning | Elevate Your Organization - Impactful Ideas for Achieving Success (Monday only, October 13) - $550.00

  • Early Bird Single Day Pass - Communities of Excellence Conference - (Wednesday only, October 15) - $550.00

  • Early Bird Two-Day Value Pass - Day of Learning & Day of Action (October 13 & 14) - $925.00

  • Early Bird Two-Day Value Pass - Day of Action and Communities of Excellence Conference (October 14 & 15) - $925.00

  • Early Bird Single Day Pass – Day of Action (Tuesday, October 14) - $450.00

Can I use multiple discounts or promo codes?

No, only one discount will apply to each registration. Discount codes cannot be stacked, including group rate discounts or discounts during promotional periods.

I've attended the Baldrige Conference in the past - any major changes this year?

The 2025 Baldrige Conference, themed "Elevate Your Organization – Impactful Ideas for Achieving Success," brings a renewed focus on helping organizations “get better at getting better.” Held in Denver, it features expanded content for entrepreneurs, HR professionals, and consultants, plus a two-day format with breakout sessions, hands-on workshops, and a full-day innovation tour in Fort Collins. New speakers like Dr. Cyndi Laurin and keynote Nick Tasler offer fresh insights, while workshops from leaders like JoAnn Sternke deepen practical learning. With an emphasis on aligning leadership, strategy, and culture, the 2025 conference delivers a next-level experience for meaningful organizational transformation.

If I can register but can't attend, what is the cancellation policy?

Refunds requested on or before September 12, 2025, will be issued, minus a $60 administrative processing fee. Cancellations received between September 13–27, 2025, will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after September 27, 2025. Substitutions are allowed through October 8, 2025, at no additional cost.

How can I pay for my registration?

Payments must be made by credit card (American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover) at the time of registration. Please note that all funds are collected in USD.
 

Will transportation be provided?

We will be providing transportation for the off-site visit to the City of Fort Collins and High Plains Library District to explore innovation in action. Transportation and lunch included. Runs 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Note: we do not provide transportation to and from the airport.
 

Will I receive a receipt for my registration fee?

Your confirmation email includes a link to view a receipt for your registration. If you cannot locate your confirmation email and need it to be resent, please email help@baldrigealliance.org

If I am unable to attend, can someone attend in my place?

Yes, substitutions are allowed through October 8, 2025, at no additional cost. To request a substitution, please email help@baldrigealliance.org

When will I be able to see the detailed schedule of sessions offered?

We plan to finalize the session offerings June 2025.
 

When will the mobile app be available?

There will not be a mobile app for the 2025 Baldrige Conference.
 

Is there a dress code for the event?

We recommend that attendees dress business casual during daytime events, which are all held indoors. The venue will be air conditioned, so we recommend layering.
