Resilience, agility and innovation 

Excellence on Tap is the theme of the 2020 Baldrige Fall Conference. This national conference features  presentations from national and state Baldrige Award recipients sharing their proven performance management practices and real-world insights of resilience and agility in the face of COVID-19,  in addition to other powerful presenters from healthcare, service, education, government, manufacturing, and small business. Plus we plan to have a little fun as well. A full conference schedule will be released soon. 

On Wednesday, October 21, attendees can choose from a variety of pre-conference activities.  The options below are offered at an additional fee, and are not a pre-requisite for attending the conference.

Excellence on Tap Happy Hour 
 5:00 - 7:00

Nothing is more Midwestern than Happy Hour!  This casual gathering brings together conference speakers, examiners, applicants, Alliance program representatives, along with old and new friends for delicious appetizers, cash bar, and special treats.  Let Happy Hour be your launchpad to sampling local fare at hundreds of eateries a short distance
from the ICC and area hotels.

On Thursday, October 22, the conference will kick off at 7 am with a networking breakfast, and will offer a variety of key notes, panels, breakouts and interactive sessions before concluding by 4:30 pm.   

The ICC has ample free parking, and General Mitchell International Airport (MKE) is minutes way

The conference is proudly presented by the Alliance for Performance Excellence in partnership with the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program, and hosted by Michigan Performance Excellence and the Wisconsin Center for Performance Excellence.
